Found pets

Report the found animal by phone (Mon-Sun 8am-6pm).

Primarily, the found pet should be recovered when you call the found animal service. You can also report your sighting of an animal on the loose. Night time contacts only in urgent cases.

If the call is not answered when you call, send a text message and you will be contacted as soon as possible. In the message, tell us your name, phone number, location and what kind of pet you have recovered.

Please note that the animal shelter will only contact those who have left a message.

Found animals wait for their owner for 15 days, after which a new home is found for them or the animals are euthanized.
